By purchasing from 365 Workbench you agree to these terms.

What you buy: our products, including the Change Order System and the Estimate & Invoice Kit, are digital files (spreadsheets, PDFs and Word documents) delivered by download link after payment. Nothing is shipped.

Licence: you receive a licence to use the files in your own business and on your own jobs, and to adapt them for your own work. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files.

Not advice: the products are business tools, not legal, tax or accounting advice. Check change order wording, contract clauses and tax rates against your own contract, local rules and advisor.

Liability: the products are provided as is, and our liability is limited to the price you paid. Refunds are covered by our refund policy: 14 days, full refund.
