14-day money-back guarantee. Every 365 Workbench product is a digital download. If a product is not what you expected, ask within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full price of that product. No forms and no long explanation needed.

How to ask: reply to your order confirmation email, or send a message through the Contact page on our website with your order number.

Timing: we reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Please note: because the files are digital, there is nothing to send back. A refund is the only remedy, and the file stays with you on the honour system.
